Steps you took that leads to the bug

We have a strange issue where Fred logs into visual spec, views the IDM project and he suffers from slowdown in the visual spec project. When I login to the project I don't get any slowdown. And when I login to the boardroom computer (where Fred was getting slowdown issues) I didn't get any slowdown issues either. We have reduced his tabs and cleared his cache, which has made things a little better, but he still sees it slower that we do.

Expected outcome

Fred has the same visual spec speeds as other team members

Actual outcome

He has much slower speeds.
