Steps you took that leads to the bug

When trying to add a project secret, the PM team are currently unable to from the project workspace as the "Plus" button is currently not working and the "Secrets" button is not visible.

Can we make the button visible and have it navigate to the "Secrets" form. That way, once a Secret is created, the widget will show on Hub and we will be able to access it from here.
