Steps you took that leads to the bug

Create a visual spec project, then delete the default activities. The activity list will update with reduced estimates, but the 'Solution Design Budget Estimate' in the top left will retain the estimates of the deleted items.

Expected outcome

The deleted items are not reflected in the estimate shown.
