Steps you took that leads to the bug

Go to inbox, no notifications (nor is Dehan/Joely receiving assuming it's that I have general access)
[this is an urgent one as I am finding our escalation clients haven't received reports in months - unacceptable]

Expected outcome

Get notifications for ALL clients in any commercial engagement (all paying clients) to receive weekly progress reports, or support clients monthly and when they're ready for review Joely/Dehan notific

Actual outcome

No emails being received
