Steps you took that leads to the bug

The accounting system is sending an email and states that the balance for Fixatex maintenance is currently 0. This is technically correct but we should not expect to see this email, as the client moved from the time and materials model (SLA Maintenance) to the standard 2 days a month coverage model (Fixed cost). We need to have the system only raise this email if the client has a current or future scope that is SLA Maintenance
