No file upload button for custom contract

There used to be a button to upload a document for custom contract, now there is only a button to upload the proposal.

As a workaround, I have uploaded the contract instead of the proposal using the one available upload button so we are not blocked from sending contracts to clients today. However, this does mean we have a lot of documents uploaded incorrectly onto the system as "contracts" are being uploaded and stored on hub as "proposals"

This workaround means if you want to refer back to an old proposal, you might not be able to find it because you will find a contract instead as that was the more critical document needed to raise a new contract and only had the option to upload one document.

There should be 2 buttons to upload the proposal doc and the SoW doc

There is only one button for uploading proposal
