Steps you took that leads to the bug

We can not access any feature found within the "Command" menu found in M# based Apps. For example in order to Automate an email I need access to the "Outbox" but I can not access that as the command menu does not exist. Same goes for the other options available in the menu such as "Tasks" etc

Expected outcome

Command menu should be accessible

Actual outcome

Comman menu is not accessible
