When creating an employee (click create employee record, done once candidate record is moved to signed).
Not accurately reflecting contract type (Pakistan and Iran should be Contractor, UK should be UK PAYE);
Details such as contact details and pay rate are not generated in the employee record.
Contract should be updated from Docusign to Docs.
