Steps you took that leads to the bug

Slot selected for filling out
While selecting slot, page keeps refreshing (control keeps going to the top) and it makes it difficult to correctly select it and have to redo it
This is also happening on other pages for example while filling this "Report a bug" form, I have to keep scrolling down again and again to finish and control keeps going back on top after every 3-4 seconds

Page not refreshed

Actual outcome

Page refreshes frequently and user has to scroll back down to finish
