Steps you took that leads to the bug

Description:

For project types that are not Agile development, the following Hub warning should be removed, as it is not relevant to these projects:

"Ad-hoc task 'Production error notifications' for Vaulted Deep ➝ Vaulted Deep - AI and Data Strategy is due on 18/09/2025 18:00:00 and must be completed."

Currently, these warnings are generating unnecessary updates and consuming time.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The Hub warning for ad-hoc tasks is no longer displayed for non-Agile project types.
2. No impact on Agile project types.
