Applying for leave

We need to ensure that individuals are accurately assigned to their respective departments, as this directly impacts whether the appropriate validation messages are triggered when submitting leave requests.

From a Tech Lead perspective, the following individuals should be listed as Tech Leads:

1. Aitazaz
2. Atir
3. Adnan
4. Saleh

Currently, Raza (Remote Developer) is unable to request leave due to Adnan being off, despite them belonging to different departments. This indicates an issue with the validation logic. In this scenario, both should be able to take leave concurrently, as sufficient cover should exist if resources are fully available (i.e., 100% allocation).

We also need to test the validation, as in theory, even if Adnan was a developer,r both could take off, as they are not on the same project nor in terms of department, we should have more than enough dev resources for coverage?
