Steps you took that leads to the bug

As the Hub got restarted yesterday and We had to change the DNS ( and I did ) I still have a few pages like timehseet and dashboard that shows the error above , which I've checked with Fred and he hasn't have same problem , so I'm not sure what else I can do to resolve this.
