Open Scoutd.ai Wireframes and select Actor > Admin_Web App (key pages mobile responsive)_Wide screen

Steps you took that leads to the bug

Request and confirm access for Designer mode.
Open Visual Spec UI.
Log out and log in again.

Expected outcome

Designer mode should appear in the Visual Spec UI once access is granted.

Actual outcome

Designer mode option is not visible in the UI.
