When I tried to save my time entry, the system showed an error saying the entry was not saved. However, after refreshing the page, I saw that the same time entry had been saved twice.

Steps you took that leads to the bug

Opened the Time Entry page.

Entered my working hours.

Clicked Save.

Received an error message saying the time entry was not saved.

Refreshed the page.

Noticed that the time entry had been duplicated.

Expected outcome

The time entry should save once without showing any error message.

Actual outcome

An error message appeared indicating the entry was not saved, but after refreshing, the entry was saved twice.
