Steps you took that leads to the bug

I am checking on-track for most milestones as per the plan and adding notes in the notes section but as soon as i reach the bottom of the page and try to move towards page 2, it resets everything.

Expected outcome

Resetting everything back to default state

Actual outcome

Save my input regarding on/off track of milestones
